For over 20 years, I have been a Labour Party member, other than a short break in membership during the Iraq War, and a trade unionist (CWU), so know how brilliant the ideas and people in our movement are.
Together, we have changed the lives of so many. From council housing to founding our NHS, building new schools across the region, and lifting millions of people out of poverty; to the landmark Climate Change Act and, now, the determination of our new government to help create the new jobs, infrastructure, and growth which improve lives right here in the West.
